This evening gave the 80 starters in Wednesday’s Broulee Run/walk the first taste of winter. Nevertheless 24 personal best times were recorded and there were 3 new starters.
This evening Rachael Wade celebrated her 100th run with the group. Rachael was severely injured in a car accident a few years ago and it was some time before she could walk unaided. She has shown tremendous courage and tenacity to get back to running. She is an inspiration to all who know her.
Sabrina Mallard, Julien Dunne and Vaughn Gilligan were awarded their 30-run shirts.

Debbie Jones was made welcome to her first run with the group. We were pleased to have Rachel and John Hicks from Victoria run with us.

The improvers in the 3 kilometres were Dylan Holmes, Michelle Mitchell, Cooper Lasscock, Susan Smith, Michelle Marsden and Erin Domeny.
