Grant Schultz to challenge Sudmalis in preselection for a liberal Candidate in Gilmore


A leaked email has confirmed that Grant Schultz, a real estate agent from Milton will challenge current Federal Member for Gilmore Ann Sudmalis at preselection.

Grant Schultz moved to Milton in 2009, and established his real estate agency in 2012. His online resume identifies that "he has an extensive background of service to the community, serving as a Federal Police Officer and United Nations Peacekeeper for 28 years. He holds Diplomas in Business (Frontline Management), Investigations (Government), Risk Assessment and Public Safety (Policing). "He is a recognised expert in the interpretation of criminal law and legislation, and has extensive skills in negotiation, people management and conflict de-escalation.Grant moved to Milton in 2009 with his wife Rebecca and two children, and took up an offer to work at Coast Real Estate in 2012. "Grant's friendly, professional style fits well within the relaxed coastal village of Milton. His passion and energy for the region make him an excellent ambassador for both Coast Real Estate and the local area. Grant is a member of Rotary and keen fisherman." David Crowe, Chief Political Correspondent of @theage and @smh after careers at The Australian and the Financial Review tweeted a copy of a letter that Grant Schultz confirms the intention to stand.
