Neal Watson and Greg Smith share the Limelight in 2 Person Stableford Multiplier Event

With last week's game having been washed out, 56 players registered for this morning's 2 Person Team Stableford Multiplier event, a game relying on both partners scoring on each hole to maximise the team score.

Results on the day were as follows:

1st: The pairing of Neal Watson and Greg Smith with a remarkable score of 51 points.

2nd: Paul Pereira and Frank Pomfret on 45 points.

3rd: Ron and Sandra Hanlon on 42.

Ball or Chocolate:

Gail and Len Rogers on 37, Henry Anderson and Errol Soden on 36, Kathy and Stephen Crossling on 34, and finally Lyn Benger paired with Ann Ware and David Williams paired with Allen Lee on 33 points.

Bradman Award:

Despite the game being a multiplier event, the award was a close finish with only one point separating the lowest scoring two teams. Rene Robertson and Paul Green were however declared the eventual winners.

Nearest the Pins:

4th: David Williams.

6th: Ken Brown.

Ladies 7th: Ann Ware.

Men's 7th: Richard Kelly.

Accuracy:

Doubling up on award wins this week Paul Green took out the Accuracy drive on the 5th hole.

Next Week:

Next week's game is a Stroke and Putts event with registration in the downstairs sports bar area from 7.45am and a shotgun start at 8.30am
