RSPCA NSW needs your urgent help.

RSPCA NSW needs your urgent help.

Homeless, neglected or injured – no matter why animals turn to us, we must be prepared to help them. We really cannot do it without your help.

Of all the animals surrendered to us, it is often the elderly ones that struggle the most. In many cases they have left a home that they have known for many years and arrived in our care through no fault of their own. Many have age-related challenges like arthritis, and the move into our care can be a tough one.

You can make a difference this winter and help animals in need: rspcansw.org/2lGeXsw

Duchess was one of these elderly dogs. Duchess is a beautiful 11-year-old Staffy that turned to us for help after her owners abandoned her at a veterinary clinic. Her owners dropped her off to receive treatment… and just never came back for her. She was suffering from early chronic kidney disease, and her teeth were chipped and painful.

Unfortunately, she is not the first and definitely won’t be the last animal to come through our shelter suffering from a similar condition, or even worse.

There are only two days left until the end of the financial year, and we urgently need your support. Make a tax-deductible donation today and help protect animals in need: rspcansw.org/2lGeXsw

Any donation you can afford will make a real difference to the lives of animals in need this winter.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
