Narooma Busking photos celebrated

Several Narooma Camera Club members enjoyed taking photos at the 2018 Australian National Busking Championships on May 26th in Narooma. Lovely weather and great music all around the town made it a good outing that Saturday! This was despite tricky photographing conditions due to the bright sunshine with strong shadows and to the large crowds surrounding popular buskers. A month later on June 29th, the organisers, the Rotary Club of Narooma, held a Thank You Event for the local volunteers and sponsors and invited the NCC to display printed photos from the Busking Day. These were voted on for a People's Choice prize and Brian Gunter scooped the pool with 2 tied entries, Harpist Fingers and The Poet. The photo display was a huge talking point and the local audience was so appreciative at seeing the busking characters again that our club has been invited back next year.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
