He’s back again! The man with the world’s most edible title, Master Patissier Chocolatier Confectioner Herve Boutin, will make a flying visit to Moruya this week to perform a baking masterclass in front of local TAFE NSW students.
Mr Boutin, a Sydney-based TAFE NSW teacher and international chief expert for the Worldskills competition, will take apprentices from the Certificate III in Retail Baking course through the finer points of baking skills, including producing sweet yeast dough for croissants and to create layers with colours.
