Eurobodalla Tennis Ladies Competition news


Last Thursday was another fabulous day for tennis being very warm and sunny . Round 2 in the second half of competition has been played and positions on the ladder have changed however it is still a long way to go before finals will be contested in late November. Division 1 Tomakin 1 - 163 , Tuross 1 - 150 , Bay Larks - 140 , Tomakin 2 - 114 Narooma 1 - 86 . Division 2 Tomakin - 151 , Broulee Flamingos - 131 , Bay Breakers - 118 , Narooma Gold - 114 , Bay Breeze - 111 , Tomakin Tomkatz - 99 Bay Waves - 75 , Moruya - 74 Division 3 Broulee Brolgas - 175 , Dalmeny Dazzlers - 174 , Tuross Rubies - 163 Moruya Swans - 78 , Bay Seagirls - 70 There were some big wins but also some close scores in games won . In the match between Bay Breakers and Breeze there were only 3 points difference in games but Breakers won the day 5 sets to 3 , the last set came down to a tie breaker with Kinny Wyatt and Vee Hamer against Lin Barnes and Tricia Wheeler , the final score 11/9. Some great tennis ladies .
