The Batemans Bay Rugby League Club had 2 teams in the semi finals at Moruya on Saturday night. The Under 18s played a combined team from Eden-Merimbula -Pambula. Bay Tigers Under 18s played a very entertaining game and came away with the 2 points. The score was 26 to 14.

The Bay U18's team continues into the league finals and play against Bega this coming Sunday The Bay Tigers first grade team came onto the field under lights and bounced out well and controlled the game. At halftime the score was 10-0 to the Bay. In the second half the Tigers were able to hold onto the lead after having minimal ball all half. The Moruya Sharks outscored the Bay team in the 2nd half, but the bell finally sounded to put the Bay team and supporters out of misery and came home with a 20-14 win.

The Bay Tigers First Grade will play Bombala at home next Sunday. For the first time in over a decade, Mackay Park will host a round of the finals series. Group 16 have announced times for Sunday..
