Variations on a Theme - Three Piece Suite concert in Moruya Sunday September 2nd
In their final concert series for 2018, string trio Three Piece Suite will present a true variety performance at St John's Moruya on Sunday September 2nd at 4pm– all the works by diverse composers are connected with Theme and Variations form.
Covering a wide range of musical periods and styles , Rachel Westwood, violin, Valmai Coggins, viola and Deborah Coogan, cello will explore this perennially popular form with an eclectic mix of works by Beethoven, Mozart, Strauss, Dohnanyi, Klein and more. The varied moods will mean you'll laugh, you'll cry and everything in between - our infinite variety will never stale!
Some things will remain the same; the cosy acoustics of St John's Church will delight and you can stay after the concert for a delicious afternoon tea in the hall. Remember variety is the spice of life!
