The Catalina Country Club through Club Grants NSW has donated $5,000 to Hope House to enable Hope House to continue it’s outstanding work with homeless men in our community. Guy Chapman announced the grant this morning and he says the Catalina Country Club is delighted to be able to support Hope House. Hope House Manager Shirley Diskon says the $5,000 will enable Hope House to work with it’s residents particularly in the areas of drug and alcohol addiction counselling. Mrs Diskon acknowledged the ongoing support of Club Grants NSW through both the Catalina Country Club and the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club and she says without their ongoing support it would be very difficult to maintain these counselling programs.
