A successful Soup and Sweets Day was held early this month and was a success both socially and as a money raiser. A big thank you to the people of Batemans Bay who turned up to make this a great day and also to our members who helped in anyway, making soup, sweets, the helpers manning the kitchen, the stalls and those who were unable to help that came along and enjoyed the day.
Our next fundraiser is our Handmade Market Day on Saturday 10th November at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club. A lot of stalls have already been booked in for this event. Anyone wanting to book a stall should ring Ann on 040896436. The finale for our year will be our Christmas Wrapping in the Village Centre from 12th December and finishing on Christmas Eve, 24th December.
Look forward to seeing our Members, new Members and visitors to our next meeting on Monday 3rd September which will be held at the Batemans Bay Hospital Auxiliary at 1.30pm.
