Noel Smart, using Pegasus Publishers in London, has produced his first book 'Of Roads and Rainbows'. The book’s foreword is by another Tuross local; the Hon Dr Ken Crispin QC.
Noel and his Wife Jean, now experienced caravanners, spent almost two years and drove 27,500kms while circumnavigating Australia on the first of their many long drives.
