The Old Courthouse Museum is again host to a major travelling exhibition from the National Maritime Museum.
Above: Curator Myf Thompson here puts the finishing touch to Eight panels which illustrate the full story of Shackleton’s remarkable expedition.
Myf Thompson told The Beagle “I’ve always appreciated the work of photographer Frank Hurley, and in addition to his iconic images of their ice-packed vessel as featured in the panels, I’ve added more examples of his work in an accompanying display.’
The exhibition runs until October 25th, Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-3pm.
