A preview audience enjoyed the first public performance of Bay Theatre Players production of ‘Guys and Dolls’ on Saturday at the Gregory Street Playhouse.
Above: Jeff Jones who plays Lieutenant Branigan. The enthusiasm and endless energy of the cast lifted even more in response to finally having a live audience, following months of rehearsals.
This week will allow director Lerae Davison to make final tweaks to the show at the final rehearsal prior to the opening night on Friday where the cast will perform to an almost sold-out house! As I write there is just one seat still available for opening night.
Tickets for one of the sixteen remaining matinees or evening shows that are scheduled from 2 November through until 1 December can be purchased online at www.trybooking.com/YAUP or in person at the theatre box office at 33 Gregory Street, Batemans Bay, from 10am to 12noon on Saturday mornings only.
You also have a chance to win one of two tickets to the Thursday 15 November evening performance of ‘Guys and Dolls’ by entering the Beagle give-away competition HERE https://www.beagleweekly.com.au/competion
