This week local community members from the ONE Eurobodalla Hospital group presented Andrew Constance MP with a petition with over 3000 signatures calling for our region’s health services and infrastructure to be combined and expanded into one central hospital for the Eurobodalla.
The Member for Bega said "I fully support this motion and applaud the community, led by Doctor Michael Holland, for making their concerns known about this important issue.
"I’m also very grateful for the work of the Southern Health District for their clinical service planning on this very issue over the past 12 months.
"I’ll be taking this petition and your views and recommendations to the Premier, who is visiting our region this week."
