CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS ON KINGS HIGHWAY AT BUCKENBOWRA
Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions next week on the Kings Highway at Buckenbowra near Misty Mountain Road for safety improvement work.
Roads and Maritime Services will carry out the work, which includes installing audio tactile line marking and 120 metres of safety barrier.
Work will be carried out between 7am and 5pm from Monday 10 to Friday 14 December, weather permitting.
For the safety of workers and motorists, a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h, stop/slow traffic control and single lane closures will be in place for the duration of the work.
Motorists are advised to allow up to five minutes additional travel time and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.
