Narooma Woodies Salvation Army's Xmas Appeal

Every year the Narooma Woodies asks its members to donate cans of food and other food stuffs which can be donated to the Salvation Army's Xmas Appeal. From the start of October members bring in a can or two of food for the appeal which resulted in seven boxes of food ready to be donated to the Salvos. Ben Knight from the Salvation Army brought the Salvos van down to the Woodies' workshed at Bodalla to collect this year's donation. Ben thanked the Woodies for their efforts and stated how much the Salvos appreciate the support they receive from the Eurobodalla community.

Pictured above is Salvation Army officer Ben Knight receiving the boxes of cans from Narooma Woodies Treasurer, Phil Stafford-Gaffney.
