Local tourism website enjoys peak visitation


Visitors to the Eurobodalla this summer have enjoyed the newly created South Coast Travel Guide website that covers everything to do and see in the Eurobodalla from Sth Durras to the Tilbas. The website, created and supported by The South Coast Beagle has enjoyed bumper traffic by visitors and locals alike. With comprehensive pages for each and every town in the shire that showcases all the things to Do and See it has become a go to for those who want to do more than go to the beach.

The website offers suggestions of drives, walks, cycleways, fishing and kayaking info, and even a full list of every cafe in the shire for all the foodies. The website also exists to freely promote all of our local tourism businesses recognising the vital role they play in employing and supporting the community

Promoted across the shire by the local visitor information centres the website works on all devices from phones to tablets and PCs and has fast become the central reference point for knowing where to swim and where to take your dog for a summer walk on the beach. Top of the list this year has been kayaking, either with a tour group or self guided as visitors discover out waterways.

Whether you are a visitor or a local there is much to discover in our shire so take a stroll through the extensive pages of the South Coast Travel Guide. From walks along the Mill Bay or Cullendulla Creek Walkways, to floating down the Tuross or Tomago rivers on a kayak, getting off road around Nerrigundah or one of our many National Parks or just going for a leisurely drive to Tuross or up to Nelligen and Holmes Lookout.
