Narooma Arts precinct buzzes for 2019

Enthusiasm and ideas flowed at the brainstorm session at Narooma School of Arts’ Studios last Friday.

“We wanted to expand on the already impressive programme of activities and workshops we have planned for the year to cater for an even wider range of interests,” said Studios’ coordinators Joy Macfarlane and Suzanne Dainer.

They said some great ideas came out of Friday’s session which they will try to integrate into the programme for this year.

They have loads of workshops and activities already planned for the year.

These include an introduction to polymer clay, ceramics, workshops with Nikki Hall, and several writing workshops. A highlight will be the exciting Fibre Fest over the October long weekend.

Check out on the Studios’ website, newsletter or Facebook page for more details.

The Studios are available for casual and regular bookings by groups and individuals for arts, cultural and educational activities. They are managed by a School of Arts sub-committee.
