Funding announced for Stage 2 of the Durras Headland Footpath

Following Durras Community Association discussions with both Council and the local Member for Bega, Andrew Constance MP, Andrew announced at the Durras Community Association AGM that the NSW Government would provide $7,500 to cover the remaining costs of completing Stage 2 of the Durras Headland Footpath (bridge to blackboard). The Durras Community Association has committed to contributing the other $7,500 to the project from previous fundraising. All the remaining pavers currently in storage will be installed in the remaining half of the footpath which should be constructed in 2019-20. Trevor Daly of the Durras Community Association said "Many thanks to Andrew Constance, the NSW Government and Mayor Liz Innes for their support of the Durras community"
