Great Scores with only three clubs

A good field of 62 players registered for the Stableford 3 club event, and with a limited range of clubs available the scores overall were exceptional. Winner on the day was Terry Lunn with a great score of 25 points.

Terry was followed home by Dorothy Madden on 22, Jennifer Gray on 21, and Denis Benger on 20 on count back. Balls or chocolates went to Wal Williams, David Williams and Graham Moore on 20, Sandra Hanlon, Mike Birks and Tim Skinner on 19, followed by John Cox, Paul Green, Warren Hodder, visitor Henry Bright, Ann Ware, Noel Downie, Len Rogers and Chris Wratten all on 17. Ted Quinlan had a game to forget and was this weeks unfortunate winner of the infamous Bradman award.

Nearest the pins were won by Leonie Snodgrass on the 4th, Bruce Ware on the 6th, and Leonie Snodgrass and Paul Pereira on the 7th. Jeanette Miller won the Accuracy drive on the 5th.
