This morning at 7:51am P384 was called to a motor vehicle accident on North Head Drive, Moruya.
Crews arrived at the scene awaiting a crane to lift vehicle from the water.
No injuries to only driver on board. The car is leaking fuel into water which crews are dealing with.
UPDATE:The car was successfully recovered and spill cleared with hydrocarbon mats. The Moruya 384 crew offer "Thank you to the patient drivers with only one lane operational for a short time.Some drivers felt the need to be recording and driving at the same time, please refrain from this behaviour passing an incident scene, you are placing us and yourself at risk while not paying attention to the road, one driver had both hands off the wheel trying to record. 👎🏻"
