Preparations for the Festival are hotting up. We’ve made it incredibly easy for you to focus on the fabulous music being performed by lining up a wonderful array of refreshment options for you. The Four Winds food market is offering a wide range of choices for morning and afternoon tea, as well as for lunch. Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food from in and around Bermagui will be on offer; Honorbread rolls to accompany fine salads from Kitchenboys (Cobargo), cheese from Tilba Real Dairy, quiche from The Cream Patisserie (Bermagui) or sushi from Mr Bold Catering Co.(Narooma) - or all of the above! For morning or afternoon tea treat yourself to home-made cakes from LuLus…Shhh! (Narooma) and seasonal Hot Cross Buns (The Cream Patisserie). If you are feeling like an Easter treat, four special flavours of Cobargo Home Made Ice Cream will be available, including locally sourced ‘Finger Lime’. You can also enjoy local oysters from Broadwater Oysters accompanied by wine from our partners Rusty Fig (Bermagui) and Elgee Park (Mornington Peninsula, Victoria), both of whom have generously supported the Festival for many years. Beers and Craft Lemonade will also be available at the bar throughout the festival. If you are after a great coffee, no worries! The fabulous Beardhawk coffee will be on site, as will our great friends, Ragino Coffee. You may not realise that the Festival artists arrive in Bermagui on 15th April ready to begin rehearsals. We look after them well, courtesy of Sundaramani Fereti and Gauri Ma Grace, who will be catering all week and providing delicious meals for the artists and crew. We are delighted that Sundaramani and Gauri Ma are going to continue into the Festival weekend and will be selling hot food to complement all the other great food on offer. Their food is inspired by flavours from around the world, with locally sourced ingredients - and it is sensational. If you’ve not yet booked for the Easter Festival, it is approaching fast… with everything that is on offer at Four Winds we can’t think of a better place to enjoy the weekend with great music, family, friends and wonderful food and wine to complete the experience.
If you want to make your life easier – or ‘need a plan B’ - why not take the bus to the Festival. There are busses running from Batemans Bay and Pambula on the Saturday, as well as a local free shuttle from Bermagui both Saturday and Sunday. Bookings are essential. Car parking is available on site for $10 per day.
