The first of 350Eurobodalla's screenings of the film Accelerate was held in Moruya on Friday night at St Mary's Performing Arts Centre.
The evening also was the premiere performance of a new climate action song 'Now or Never' written and performed by talented Y12 student Sam Fletcher.
(The song will be used in the upcoming video being produced later in the month to promote the message of climate action now !) The evening opened with some original environmental songs performed by Sam, the screening of Accelerate and was followed by a forum and Q&A session with speakers from 350Eurobodalla, SHASA, Coastwatchers and Nature Coast Marine Group. These four local environmental groups have teamed up to form Climate Action Gilmore in the lead up to the upcoming Federal Elections.
