Rocky ramp under repair at Moruya

The Moruya Boat Ramp will be closed during working hours from Monday 6 to Friday 10 May for repairs to the rock wall and pontoon.

A spokesman for Eurobodalla Council said the rock would be removed and the bank excavated to reduce its slope before the rocks are replaced. A puncture to the pontoon would be repaired at the same time.

He said the boat ramp and pontoon would be closed during working hours but should be open at other times, and the wharf would remain open for use throughout.

Alternative boat ramps are located nearby; Preddys Wharf at Moruya Heads and Brierleys Boat Ramp near the Moruya Airport.
