In this pastel workshop at Narooma School of Arts Studios on Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 June, 10am - 4pm, Nicki Hall will demonstrate the technique she frequently uses to create her work. Using a white substrate that will allow participants to block in an under painting to develop the hues and values that support a particular subject.
