Eurobodalla Council rangers will hold a stall at this Saturday’s Dogs Day Out event in Narooma to provide advice on microchipping and registration requirements, responsible pet ownership and dog exercise areas in Narooma and surrounds.
Hosted by the Narooma Dog Training Club, Dogs Day Out will showcase the club’s canine training programs and include demonstrations and games, equipment sales, cake and coffee stalls, a fancy dress competition and more.
The event will be held this Saturday 11 May from 2-4pm at Narooma’s NATA Oval. Entry is $2 per dog (people free) and all dogs must leashed throughout. Funds raised will support the work of the NSW Animal Welfare League.
Eurobodalla Council works with a range of organisations, such as the RSPCA, Animal Welfare League and the Narooma Dog Training Club to promote the benefits of pets as well as the rules and responsibilities associated with owning one.
