Changed Traffic Conditions On The Princes Highway At Coila

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Coila Creek Bridge on the Princes Highway at Coila from next week for concrete patching work to be carried out.

Single lane closures will be in place from Tuesday 21 May as work is carried out between 6.30am and 5pm on weekdays.

The work is expected to take four days to complete, weather permitting.

This essential routine maintenance work follows the completion of a five month upgrade to the corrosion protection system on the bridge.

Changed traffic conditions, including top/slow traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Roads and Maritime Services thanks the community for its patience while work is carried out.
