BBay High School fire quickly extinguished

Fire and Rescue NSW Station 384 Moruya report:

At 3:21pm today P384 from Moruya was called to building fire at Batemans Bay High School to assist RP217.

RP217 arrived to find dust extractor system smouldering. The fire was extinguished by RP217 and the area checked with thermal imaging camera for fire extension.

P384 along with Hazmat 217 then used positive pressure ventilation fans to clear building of smoke before being released.

Also in attendance was Tanker 217 and Batemans Bay RFS.
