Changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway south of Batemans Bay

Writer's picture: The BeagleThe Beagle

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Princes Highway as work continues to be carried out on the South Batemans Bay Link Road project south of Batemans Bay.

Linemarking work will be carried out for one night from 5pm to 9am on Thursday 6 July, weather permitting.

Traffic will then be moved onto a newly paved section of the Princes Highway from Thursday 6 July as work continues to widen the northbound lane through the project area.

Temporary lane closures will continue. One lane will be maintained in each direction during construction to maintain access for motorists. Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 60 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, allow additional travel time and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
