Getting behind our locals: Jaylah is off to Europe to represent Australia

The Club Catalina, Batemans Bay, showed their support in one of their own, giving Jaylah Hancock-Cameron a boost to the financial support she needs on her next journey to represent, not only Australia, but her Eurobodalla area.

Today's donation represents a massive boost in retrieving the expenses Jaylah Hancock-Cameron has already put forward towards her European trip as a member of the Australian Under 23 European Tour in the 1500m - Athletics.

There is still time for the community to get behind Jaylah by way of donation tins at the local businesses that have kindly got behind her. The tins will be collected this coming Sunday. To recap those businesses that reached out are Broulee Supermarket and Cellars Broulee Brewhouse , IGA Tomakin, Boat Shed Mossy Point, Mogo Pies, and Tomakin Sports & Social Club .

If able be sure to visit these tins and leave a note or coin to help Jaylah meet her day to day expenses whilst she is away.

Above: Club Catalina Golf & Country Club is very proud to be able to assist one of our own hard-working employees as she sets off for Europe next week to represent Australia in the Australian Under 23 European Tour in the 1500m - Athletics. We wish Jaylah every success, safe travels and most of all, please enjoy the experience.
