Lifesaver 23, out of Moruya, has winched two people from the rocks at Barlings Head, 12 km to the south of Batemans Bay after their Double kayak capsized whilst navigating around the headland.
They were both handed over to waiting ambulance crews at Malua Bay Surf Life Saving club and treated for mild hypothermia.
