Not long now until the final two concerts for our 2022 Visiting Artists season.
First up is Inventi Ensemble with a spectacular new program: The Enchanted Forest. The centrepiece of the program is a new Glynn Davies arrangement of Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony for seven players - a string quintet plus flute and oboe. We will also get to hear Debussy’s atmospheric Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun, along with a world premiere performance of a new Australian work by Melody Eötvös: The Baron in the Trees.
The concert is at 2:30 pm Saturday November 5 at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Narooma.
