Under Phase Four of the Federal Government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) Program:
Bega Valley Shire Council is to receive $1,221,983
Eurobodalla Shire Council will receive $1,039,292
The intention of the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) Program is to provide support to all Australian councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects in their region, creating jobs and long-lasting benefits for communities.
To continue this support, the Federal Government has committed an additional $250 million to Phase 4 of the LRCI program, on top of the previously announced $500 million.
Councils will be able to access their Phase 4 funding allocations from July 2023, with projects to be delivered by June 2025.
