Narooma truck fire at Information Centre carpark

Fire and Rescue NSW Station 398 Narooma reports: Last night both Pumper and Tanker were alerted at10:24pm (11/07/2022) to a truck fire at the Narooma information centre carrying camper vans. Both crews worked fast to knock the fire out and stop the spread of fire. Once the fire was contained the job changed to a Hazmat incident and we required help from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 217 Batemans Bay Hazmat Van to help contain 500litres of Diesel crews returned to station just after 2am this morning.


NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
