Eurobodalla Shire Council were proud to take part in today's National Sorry Day Bridge Walk in Batemans Bay to pay respect to Australia's traditional owners, particularly the Stolen Generation.

Tomorrow marks the start of National Reconciliation Week too — a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. The Yuin Country Explored documentary is a great place to start - you'll find it here on Council's YouTube channel:

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
