Batemans Bay “Boars” has the BYE Batemans Bay “Boars” report:
Tough day at the office yesterday, with a trip to Crookwell resulting in a heavy loss. The team only could muster 12 players, and to their credit they wouldn’t even consider pulling the pin.
To add to this was a very cold Crookwell afternoon and a full strength, and in form Dogs side.
The game ended with us being reduced to 9 players due to injuries, but no dispute as to the effort the boys put in.
Next week we have the Bye, then home 2 games including Indigenous Round - the squad now need to regroup, get more commitment at training as they still have a very talented squad.
NEW PLAYERS STILL WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO JOIN
