Linen has history extending back over 30,000 years and while it has been overshadowed by cotton and synthetics in more recent times, it remains a useful textile. Our new exhibition celebrates this now much overlooked fabric that was the mainstay of quality clothing for millennia.

This exhibition is open to be enjoyed at the Moruya Museum, 85 Campbell St Moruya, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10-12.

During your visit please add a line to our cumulative Nights in White Linen story that will be published at the end of the exhibition.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
