The menu for the Salty Festival Fiesta by Olsson's Sea Salt is coming together and it's going to be AMAZING! Think roving canapes, fresh fish, slow cooked beef and pork, chargrilled chicken, salsas and salads and La Tortilleria wraps (made by a fourth generation Nixtamal tortilla maker) all by the lovely Tessa Kitchen & Catering.
That's not all, Henry Clive Caravan Bar are developing 8 cocktails featuring Olsson's new range of cocktail salts (with a range of beer, wine and softer drinks) and DJ's Groove Society will be spinning tunes on the dance floor.
Afterwards the Lighthouse Foundation Shuttle Bus will be ready to take you home.
