President Steven Hogan welcomed 32 bowlers on a beautiful sunny morning. Steve wished all mothers a Happy Mother's Day, also welcome to visitor Bob Geddes from Albury. The trip away to Oak Flats for a bowling weekend on October 27th/29th has now been filled with several names on the waiting list.

Committee member Barrie Stone received the weekly Award . Sheets for names for weekly games had gone missing, apparently Barrie knew where they were !! Winners this week were those with Lowest Losing Margin -4. Beth Wittington with Mary Handley and Joan Colefax sharing a half game.

Runners-up -7, Ruth Ebsworth and Peter " Pedro" Edwards.

Mary selected Rink 3 to try for Jackpot. Losing Skip Jennie Hogan cut cards but could only come up with 10 of Clubs, better luck next time Jennie!!

Other winning teams, Sue Bender, Tricia Wheeler and Karen Signor. Bob Geddes and Patrick Wheelahan. John Signor and Karen James. Ute Krook and Helena Megee. Robyn Best with Val and Mark Toyer. Madge Elliott and Smiley McGregor. Brett Keegan and Greg Megee.

Lucky number winners, 27 John Signor, 29 Sue Bender.

Congratulations to Karen James and Colleen Beadon from Tomakin, bowling in a mixed team with Yvonne Huddleston and Noleen Taylor from Malua Bay, in last week's State Carnival, reaching the final 16 a fantastic result.
