The Yuin Theatre in Batemans Bay is taking shape. The multi-purpose venue features a retractable seating that can seat up to 350 people. Inclusions are:

Loading dock, scenery assembly area and workshop

Bar/kiosk
Rehearsal studio

The fees for use of the facility, including gym and pool, have been set by Council and will be reviewed annually
Adjacent to the theatre is the Clyde Gallery that is an open transition space between the aquatic centre and the theatre. The intention is to display both permanent and temporary exhibits by travelling, regional and student artists. The fee for exhibiting has been set as follows:
